The display of an item on this website does not constitute an offer for sale. All sizes and measurements are approximate.
While we endeavour to keep our website up to date, there is inevitably a period of time between an item being sold and its removal from the website. If you are interested in purchasing an item, please contact us , by e-mail or otherwise, and we will tell you whether it is still available and confirm to you the price and other terms of the sale. A sale is only agreed when we confirm the sale to you.
We guarantee our items as per invoice description,
In the event of a claim under this guarantee the whole item, with proof of purchase, i.e. sales receipt and/or credit card payment slip, must be returned carriage and insurance pre-paid to Pavenhill Sculptures. We are under no liability to you other than under this guarantee but your statutory rights are unaffected.
DEPOSITS
Deposits are accepted on condition that the purchase has been agreed and the deposit is recorded on the sales receipt together with the final date by which the balance must be paid. Such deposits are non-returnable and are forfeited if the balance of the purchase price is not paid by the final date agreed.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agreement is subject to English Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

You may pay by any method agreed between us, including most credit cards, but we are not to be taken as having been paid until we have received cleared funds into our account.
We are responsible for delivering the item to you but all shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser.
